About PTPK Courses

SPM School Leavers Program.

The SPM School Leavers Program is a thoughtful initiative spearheaded by ASK Management Group Sdn Bhd, primarily aimed at empowering youths who have not continued formal education and are currently unemployed. The program is strategically designed to focus on creating a skilled workforce within Malaysia while also facilitating steady job placements for each participant.

Participants enrolled in this program are granted full subsidies through the Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK) or Education Grant. This initiative aims to provide these individuals with an opportunity to enhance their skills and employability prospects without the financial burden usually associated with education and training.

The program offers a range of courses, providing diverse skill sets and knowledge essential for various industries. The categories of courses offered under the PTPK Program include:

Hospitality Management: Covering skills related to hotel and hospitality industry management.
Logistics and Warehousing: Training focused on logistics management and warehouse operations.
Customer Service: Enhancing participants' abilities in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Participants will undergo an intensive 3-month training program conducted at all of ASK Management Group Sdn Bhd's training centers across Malaysia. The comprehensive training curriculum is designed to equip participants with practical skills, industry-relevant knowledge, and hands-on experience.

Upon successful completion of their selected course, participants will be offered job placements in their preferred locations or other destinations based on their choices and availability.   3. Training is exclusively conducted in-house, ensuring a focused learning environment.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The HR department of partnering hotels is responsible for efficiently planning the training schedule to ensure participants attend all sessions.
  2. A training planner will be created 30 days ahead of the schedule.
  3. Failure to attend any session will be considered a "NO SHOW," and missed hours won't be replaced.

Detailed terms and conditions will be outlined in the contract between ASK Management Group and the hotel partner, ensuring mutual understanding and adherence to the training program's guidelines.
