LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This course covers the requirement of international convention STCW 1978 as amended and Code (Manila amendments 2010) Chapter VI, Section A-VI/1 and Table A-VI/1-2 The Liberian Registry requirements on meeting the minimum standard of competence in fire prevention and firefighting, delegates will be competent to take appropriate measure the safety of personal and of the ship and to use fire appliances correctly and having useful knowledge on fire prevention.
