09:30 – 11:00 AM | Module 1: Professional Housekeeping Standards

      • Duties, responsibilities & mindset of a professional housekeeper
      • Understanding service flow: preparation, cleaning, finishing
      • Grooming, discipline, and hotel representation

11:00 – 11:15 AM | Morning Tea Break

11:15 AM – 12:45 PM | Module 2: Room Cleaning Procedures & Time Management

      • Step-by-step guest room cleaning demonstration
      • Bed-making, bathroom care, vacuuming, and amenities setup
      • Managing cleaning schedules and productivity benchmarks
      • Hands-on practice with trainer supervision

12:45 – 2:00 PM | Lunch Break

Second Half Day

Hygiene, Coordination & Guest Interaction

2:00 – 3:30 PM | Module 3: Hygiene, Safety & Chemical Handling

      • Safe use of cleaning agents and PPE
      • Waste segregation and eco-friendly practices
      • Reporting maintenance issues and hazard awareness

3:30 – 3:45 PM | Afternoon Tea Break

3:45 – 4:45 PM | Module 4: Guest Service & Inter-Department Coordination

      • Communication etiquette and guest interaction skills
      • Handling guest complaints with empathy
