OVERVIEW
The Practical HR & People Management Master Class is a comprehensive 2-day program designed to equip junior HR personnel and administrative assistants with real-world knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively support HR operations in line with Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, and other key employment legislations.
The course emphasizes practical applications of HR policies, compliance, people management, and employee relations within the Malaysian context.
